Monte Amundson

Board Member

Monte has been on our board since 2020. The bulk of his career has been in human resources leadership, overseeing talent management, talent acquisition, learning, onboarding, systems and technology, process improvement, strategy development, and analytics. Since 2018, Monte has been a Customer Success Partner with SAP SuccessFactors. In this role he partners with customers to meet their organization’s human experience business objectives.

Monte has his master’s degree in educational psychology from the University of Minnesota and is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation. As an active volunteer with his church and community, he has been involved with youth mentoring, promoting professional development and career coaching. In his free time, Monte enjoys spending time with family, being at the cabin, running, biking, and golfing.
