Hiring Process
Want to know what happens after you apply for a position with Ampact?
Here’s a glimpse into our hiring process.
1. Application submitted
We’re excited you applied. You’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know that the submission was successful. A real human reviews every application, and we get back to every single applicant. Some candidates will be invited to a phone interview.
2. Phone interview
During your phone interview with Human Resources or the hiring manager, we’ll discuss your resume and work experience and share more about our open position. This conversation will take around 30 minutes depending on the position. If it’s a good fit, we’ll invite you to interview in-person (or virtually).
3. In-person interview (or virtually)
Depending on the position, the interview may consist of meeting with the position’s supervisor and other team members for 30-60 minutes. You will be asked a combination of general and behavioral questions, while learning more about the position. Depending on the position, we may require 2+ rounds of interviews.
4. Reference checks + background check
Before extending a job offer, we’ll contact your references. After successful references checks, we’ll extend an offer to you, contingent on the results of a background check.
5. Official offer + onboarding
Once you accept the job offer and the background checks clear, we’ll make it official and schedule a start date. And subsequently notify all remaining applicants that the position is filled.
