Mary Kurth is an experienced board member with the following expertise:

Technology strategy including oversight of risk management and security.
Audit, Finance and Investment Committees as Chief Financial Officer, Auditor and a Certified Public Accountant with active license in the state of Minnesota.
Extensive international experience in more than 20 countries around the world including start up in China spending significant time on the ground in China.
Proven leader in Food, Agricultural, Manufacturing, Distribution and Financial Services industries with continually expanding responsibilities at the world’s largest private company, Cargill Incorporated.
Executive compensation including design of stock ownership plans.
Corporate Board Chair and Secretary responsible for all shareholder communications, resolutions and board actions.
Ms. Kurth was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Corporate Secretary of Zinpro Corporation, CFO and Treasurer of W.D. Larson Companies LTD Inc., Vice President and CFO of Lutheran Social Service and Vice President and Division CFO of Cargill Incorporated. Mary semi-retired from her expanding corporate and CFO experience to build a portfolio of leadership responsibilities including corporate board membership, university teaching and community service. Ms. Kurth is Past President and Chair of the Board of Cargill Cares Alumni – Twin Cities which leads over 2,600 alumni volunteers. Mary taught Managerial Accounting in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the University of St. Thomas, Opus College of Business.
