Coaching Specialist

As a Coaching Specialist, you’ll provide coaching and support to help tutors deliver evidence-based interventions with fidelity. You’ll also work with school partners to offer technical assistance and data-driven decision making. This position offers great flexibility, daytime hours and comprehensive benefits. It’s a great fit for experienced educators, those pursuing graduate degrees in education or school psychology, and those with experience coaching adults or supporting AmeriCorps members.

Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you’ll cultivate relationships and manage tutors throughout their service year by providing training, coaching and support. You'll also develop and maintain strong relationships with school partners. Our programs have already helped more than 300,00 students nationwide, and our passionate team is on a mission to ensure all students have the foundational skills they need to be successful learners. This position offers a flexible work environment, daytime hours and comprehensive benefits. It’s a great fit for those with experience in program management or non-profit settings.
