Chanelle Pough

Executive Director of Florida Programs

Chanelle joined Ampact as the Executive Director of Florida Programs in 2022. With nearly two decades of public affairs experience in program design and evaluation, operations management, fundraising, strategic partnerships, data analysis, and financial planning, Chanelle brings a wealth of knowledge to our Florida programs. Her commitment to results-oriented work is key to her role in leading strategic oversight, identifying partnerships, and fundraising for Early Learning Corps in Florida.

Chanelle holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master’s degree in nonprofit and public administration from the Humphrey Institute for Public Affairs. She is also a Certified Associate in Project Management.
