Anne Sinclair

Chief Learning Officer

Anne joined Ampact in 2019 as the Chief Learning Officer. She holds a doctorate in Special Education from Vanderbilt University. Her research interests include the best ways to coach and train educators to implement evidence-based practices. Anne's career history includes experience in education and social service delivery in schools, non-profits, and other service agencies. In her role, Anne applies the principles of Implementation Science to scaling evidence-based programs that improve student outcomes.
